Yes. Family and friends are welcome, and we encourage regular visits — staying connected is part of a resident's wellbeing. We ask that you let us know beforehand where possible, so visits fit around care routines and mealtimes.
We start with a conversation and an assessment of what support the person needs day to day — mobility, personal care, medication, diet, and the things they enjoy. From that we agree a written plan with the resident and their family, and we revisit it as needs change.
